Colored Pencil Sketching People

I'm back experimenting with both my sketching subjects and supplies.  I'm loving colored pencils but people as subjects, not so much.  I thought it might be because I'm not used to sketching people but no.  I've tried it before, there's a good reason why I prefer landscapes, cats, birds, even buildings. People move around to much and if they catch you sketching them, they then talk to much.
