Quote Monday...distractions

The internet is wonderful; it keeps me in touch with friends.  It also lets me view artist friends’ art new work.  It’s a learning tool for me as well BUT it’s also one of my biggest distractions.  

This week, I’ve been working on an online class.  I started keeping a tally of the times I peeked at Facebook or took a ‘break’ to read a blog.  It’s time for a detox…
