New Work...something a little different

 

Every once in a while, I go back to my roots.  Well, kinda. I needed to work on light capture and traditional was the way to do it.  The below is a barn that the light was right around vesper.

 



Will I do a lot of barns, no.  This was also an exercise in trying to figure out why people paint barns...or bridges...or even landscapes. I still don't get it.  It might be because of the amount of photography that I also do.  If I want a charming scene, I pull my lens out.
