Bird studies for watercolor...photos for a day in the studio...

 It's a quiet day at the Stumpp house so we decided  to make a grocery run and bunker in for a while.  Snow and colder weather is headed our way.  It's not bad when you don't have any place to be...but many people do. 

Today is an awesome winter day...a bit chilly but it is sunny and the birds were out in mass.  I got a few decent shots for a new idea of a new series.  That means, if I can get it sketched out to my satisfaction, I'll mock up some birdie designs. :-D
